Business Terms/ Policies:

1. Minimum order quantity: 1*20FCL. A handling charge of $50.00--$200 will be added to all loose container loading. Other surcharges may be added to the carriers published shipping rates.

2. Sample availability/cost:
a) Can be sent by courier for approval, against payment (Goods value + air/shipping freight=Cost).
b) Can be supplied under a trial order


3. International standards meet: ISO9000 standard system. Some items are CE or UL approved.

4. Delivery time: 5-45 days from receipt of confirmed order.. It is easy for us to delivery the goods within 5-45 days around to any place, where you are by sea or air from Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Qingdao Etc. Any shipping charge is nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.

5. Payment : T/T in advance,L/C at sight.

SPECIAL CARE POLICY:
It is our intention to be as efficient and cooperative as possible in processing, producing and shipping your orders. We want you to feel secure that your needs will be handled properly and attentively. Please let us know if there is a special service that you require and we will do our best to oblige.

WARRANTY:
We warrant that we will replace any defective product for a period of 15 days from the date you received it. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are hereby excluded. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential or indirect or incidental damage.

CLAIMS:
Merchandise is shipped from plants in clean factory fresh condition. In the unlikely event that a package arrives in damaged condition, to the point that you think it is unusable, please mark the bill of lading or package "Refuse because of damage in transit." You should then contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipping agent and reship you your merchandise.

RETURN POLICY (15% Restocking Charge):
We are committed to your satisfaction. We will accept any unopened merchandise within 15 days of the date received for a refund on the purchase price less a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee and any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on open merchandise, unless it was defectively manufactured (see below).

o If you feel that your purchase was defectively manufactured please see section below "Defectively Manufactured".
o If you received a package damaged in transit, please *refuse* it. If it is too late to refuse, and you did not sign for it damaged, please call the trucking company and file a claim immediately. Let us know if we can help.
o If you simply did not like the merchandise, and have opened it, we are sorry but we cannot accept your return. We do not accept returns of sample packages, custom made items, closeout or sale items.

All returns must be shipped back to us. Please take into consideration that you are paying for the freight back to us. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition, which cannot be resold, will be sent back to you. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
After 15 days, the item(s) are no longer aviable for return or for credit.

Defectively Manufactured:
If you feel that your merchandise was defectively manufactured, you have 15 days from your products ship date to notify us of a defective product. Any product found to be defective will be replaced upon the return and inspection of the defective product.
